Lesson Policies

Private Lessons: MoonAmie has a 48 hour Cancellation Policy for Private Lessons. Private lessons must be cancelled more than 48 hours in advance, otherwise you will be charged the full price for your missed lesson. 

 

Group Lessons: All group lesson cancellations will be charged out of consideration for the other students in the class, so as to not alter the discounted lesson rate in the absence of a group member. Absences are excused only if the student is sick or has a mandatory school event. Documentation is necessary for both. Payment is required for all unexcused absences. 

Late Payment Fees: If paying per lesson or package - you must submit payment the Monday before the scheduled lesson. You will be charged a $5 late fee for every day the payment is not submitted.  

 

Please note that if you choose to enroll your child in acting classes, you are committing to weekly classes for the entirety of the semester. The final week of our Fall 2025 Semester will conclude the week of November 17th. Please do not register if you are unable to commit weekly until the week of November 17th. 

 

Students are not fully registered until parents fill out our Registration Form and agree to all MoonAmie's lesson policies.
